Changing sheets is included when the client leaves clean linens ready. Washing, drying and folding laundry are not included.

Final review

A final visual review checks the agreed work before the visit is closed; it is not a promise of restoration or a like-new result.

Everyday Cleaning Without Guessing Which Property Service to Choose

Standard Cleaning is the general residential service for normal upkeep. House, apartment, and condo describe the type of property; they do not create different cleaning services.

You can request Standard Cleaning for one visit or as recurring maintenance. The cleaning scope stays tied to the service, while the property details and selected frequency help us plan the visit.

When Standard Cleaning May Be the Right Fit

This service is designed for occupied homes that need routine support rather than restoration, construction cleanup, a move transition, or a deep reset.

Optional Extras for Standard Cleaning

These requests sit outside the base scope and must be selected or described in the Preliminary Cleaning Estimate. Availability, condition and final price require review.

Inside Oven

Cleaning the accessible oven interior as a separate task.

Inside Refrigerator

Cleaning the accessible refrigerator interior under the confirmed preparation conditions.

Inside Empty Cabinets

Cleaning accessible cabinet interiors after the contents are removed.

Interior Windows

Cleaning safe, accessible interior window glass.

Basic Garage Sweep

A basic sweep of an eligible, accessible garage area.

Basement Cleaning

Cleaning an eligible, accessible basement area after its condition is reviewed.

Porch Cleaning

Cleaning an eligible, accessible porch area; this is separate from garage cleaning.

Need something that is not listed? Describe it in the request. It must be reviewed before it can be confirmed, priced or added as an available extra.

Where Standard Cleaning Stops

Standard Cleaning is for normal upkeep. Heavier buildup or work outside a safe residential cleaning visit must be reviewed separately.

Standard versus Deep

Light dust on accessible blinds, baseboards, fans and fixtures is included. Detailed slat-by-slat work, adhered buildup and intensive detailing may require Deep Cleaning or a separate evaluation.

Safety and Specialty Limits

Mold, pests, bodily fluids, needles, hazardous materials, extreme accumulation, unsafe heights, heavy furniture or appliances, repairs, restoration and exterior work are not included in Standard Cleaning.

No Unlimited Result Promise

The service does not promise disinfection, total stain or odor removal, restoration, or a like-new result.

A Service Structure That Is Easier to Understand

You should not need to decode cleaning terminology before asking for help.

  • One Standard Service Across Residential Property Types

House, apartment, and condo are recorded as property details, while Standard Cleaning defines the general upkeep service.

  • Modalities Explained Clearly

One-Time means one visit. Recurring means a scheduled relationship; frequency does not add tasks to the cleaning scope.

  • No Automatic Upgrade to Deep Cleaning

A recurring schedule does not turn Standard Cleaning into Deep Cleaning. If the condition needs a deeper reset, that is reviewed separately.

  • Approximate Price Before You Hire

Answer a few simple questions and immediately see approximately what the cleaning may cost. The amount is subject to verification, and completing the Estimate does not mean you have hired us or confirmed your cleaning service.
